Full-time Regulatory Associate

at Adecco (Mauritius) (Anywhere)

Adecco (Mauritius) is looking for a Regulatory Associate for one of its clients, an international expanding organisation enjoying a period of growth and expansion. Due to this growth they are recruiting for a new position in Mauritius for their offices situated in the north of the island.

Purpose:
Regulatory activity

Experience

• Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy degree or equivalent
• With 4 to 6 Experience in any one of the following areas :
1. Retail Pharmacy
2. Pharmaceutical manufacturing
3. Pharmaceutical Business development
4. Pharmaceutical Trading and Tender business in Domestic and International markets

Specific Outcomes / Accountability:
The following will be the main areas of responsibility:

 Review and compilation of dossiers for regulatory submissions
 Review and approval of annual product reviews for submitting to Regulatory authorities.
 Submission of post approval changes with regulatory agencies
 Review and approval of artworks for regulatory submissions and Commercial printing
 Tracking of all regulatory submissions and feeding back status to project teams
 Liaise with Regulatory agencies, partners, customers, and the agents;
 Proactively troubleshoot technical/quality issues relating to the preparation and submissions
 Liaise with counterpart and applicable line functions for problem solving ,ensuring agreed upon action is implemented;
 Comply to the regulatory requirements on labeling

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor or Masters in Pharmacy degree or equivalent

• 4 – 6 years proven experience in a regulatory environment with specific reference to International Pharmaceutical Operations
