JOB REQUIREMENTS
Need valid driving license in the vicinity of lower Plaine Wilhems. Fully computer literate with minimum HSC . Graduate an advantage.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Administrative Officer, you will work closely with Senior Managerial or Directorial staff to provide administrative support. Your main duties will be to help the Administration and Management team to make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial, financial and administrative tasks.
As an Administration Officer, you shall be responsible for the front office management being Management’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
The following duties are expected from the employee to meet employer’s requirements but are not limited to:
• All general administration for the Group of Companies mainly the Front Office Management
• Attend to all business of the Administration and Management
• Drafting, writing and typing of letters, send faxes, memos, send e-mails.
• Proper filing of administrative documents
• Organising meetings, conferences, official ceremonies, exhibition, etc. if any
• Answering the telephone, taking proper messages etc. and report regularly (daily) to the Managing Director, Manager
• Taking and typing of minutes of meetings if any
• Administrative and accounting work and auditing if any
• Welcoming the Clients and Visitors
• Marketing of various projects and properties
• Control of stock, purchases and delivery of stationery, etc.
