ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY
at LEAD GROUP (Anywhere)
Main Duties:
To screen telephone calls, enquiries, requests and to handle them appropriately
Welcome and direct visitors to appropriate office
To liase with clients, suppliers and any other staff
To schedule appointment and meetings
Send and receive faxes and keep records of same
Deal with incoming and outgoing mails
Manage and order the stock of stationery and other office supplies
General administrative and clerical support
Schedule appointments
Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
Create and maintain proper filing system
Follow up of Debtors
Record daily attendance and submit to Executive Assistant
Prepare internal purchase requisitions
To ensure proper flow of communication in the property
Maintain the reception area clean and tidy
Any other cognate duties.
Qualifications & Experiences:
HSC or equivalent
Certificate in secretarial Duties
At least 2 years of experience at a similar position
Other Requisites:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
The ability to cope under pressure
Good business awareness
Teamworking skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
The ability to work independently
Problem-solving ability
Fully computer literate
A valid driving Licence would be an advantage
