Call Centre/IT Admin
at Payment Express Ltd (PEX) in Ebene
Working Hours : Shift Basis System (24/7) With corresponding Off days / Time Off
Payment Express Ltd (PEX) is looking for Call Centre/ IT Admin. The main role of the Call Centre / IT Admin is to handle calls and queries from customers, return precise & relevant information extracted from different IT Tools & Environment and to carry out IT tasks like monitoring of systems and performing end of days.
Specific Duties
• Respond to requests and inquiries from customers;
• Investigate and resolve problems in respect to the queries from customers;
• Perform System Monitoring;
• Perform End of Day;
• Attend tasks assigned by Management timely.
Knowledge and Skills
• Excellent communication / explanatory skills
• Very fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
• Excellent IT tools handling and usage (Telephony, Office suite and Microsoft Windows environment;
• Ability to follow pre-defined tasks lists and duties and report outcome upon completion .
Personal Attributes
• Responds promptly to client needs and queries using available tools;
• Must be flexible and willing to work to task completion beyond normal business hours, on shift basis and be on call if necessary;
• Reacts well under pressure and is comfortable working in potentially high-pressure situations;
• Contributes to building a positive team spirit; treats colleagues with respect and consideration regardless of status or position;
• Inspires the trust of others and Management;
• Takes pride in work product and pays close attention to details; maintain, improve and promote quality of call handling; monitors own work to ensure quality;
• Maintains confidentiality;
• Maintains an excellent attendance record and is dependable;
• Willing to undertake further studies in the IT field.
Qualification and experience:
H.S.C Holder. IT Diploma in progress will be an advantage.
