Work Schedule / Hours:
The employment refers to a part time employment consisting of 8 hours a day, on the basis of 3 working days a week.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support, which include data entry, filing, faxing, email, and follow up phone calls with restaurant owners and managers.
Ensure accuracy for all data entry.
Receptionist duties may include managing incoming calls/greeting clients.
Customer service skills when speaking with restaurant owners and managers.
This person must be able to work in a fast paced environment, and be deadline driven to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Strong organisational skills with the highest level for attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
Location: Grand Baie Business Park
Salary: 4500-5000Rs a month
