1. Two Foremen/ Supervisors
Main Responsibilities
• Overseeing the work and making sure it runs smoothly and as per plan and resources.
• Giving clear directions to workers as to what needs to be done to avoid repetitive mistakes by the workers
• Making sure company rules and regulations are followed
2. Two "Leading Hand"
Main Responsibilities
• Assist the foremen
• Supervise the work of employees in the absence of foremen
• Enforce company’s rules and regulations
Qualifications and experience
Certificate from Lycée Polytechnique and/ or experience in related field.
Atleast 3 years experience in similar post.
