Network Administrator
at Help On Call Ltd in Ebene

We are a company involved in the BPO sector.
We require for immediate employment a Network and a Systems Administrator with comprehensive and extensive experience to handle our Client’s current IT and Telecoms incidents and projects. The position will involve working 5 days / 45 flexible hours a week. You will have to remotely administer, configure and monitor the existing network and servers to ensure IT and Telecoms service uptime using set procedures defined by the Client.
Key Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours:
• Min 3 years exposure to Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 administration/configuration (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft ISA 2006 )
• At least 3 years experience in Network administration including IP Networks, multipoint WAN connectivity
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, routing, NAT, network security and firewall concepts is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Cisco, VoIP, Satellite communication technologies will be an advantage
• Understanding of E1, VPN, ISDN, PABX and GSM
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with “can do” attitude to build on and improve the systems/infrastructure and effectiveness within the department.
Working Environment Requirements:
• English and French language communication skills, both oral and written
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with business clients, staff and management.
• Systematic approach to documentation and reporting and adherence to procedures and policies
The selected candidates will be trained in France by the client. Salary and other benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
