QA (Quality Analyst)

iEnergizer is UK based, a third party integrated business process outsourcing (BPO) solution company established in 2000. iEnergizer currently services three primary sectors; BFSI, media and entertainment & telecommunications.
The Group operates from four delivery centres in India and one in the US, from where it services end customers predominantly based in the US, India and Australia. The Group provides BPO, business solutions and products to B2B, consumers, institutional and reseller markets. The Group’s clients are blue chip corporations including investment and commercial banks, leading diversified financial services companies, insurance companies, mortgage houses, utilities, healthcare, large global outsourcers, on-line games and entertainment companies. The Group has significant traction with its customers as it is deeply entrenched into client processes, often providing business critical services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Communication Skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and French skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex transactional issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers
• Manage client expectations and deliveries on the weekly calls for the Team.
• Ensure effective and proactive coaching’s to the team members to drive behavior and performance metrics.100% Feedback for audits done
• Preparing Reports for Internal / External customers
• Call calibration and measuring the variance, accuracy, reproducibility and repeatability with the clients and internally.
• Conducting Training sessions for C Category advisors.
• Preparing site level dashboard pertaining fatal and nonfatal sores for all campaigns on site.
• Initiating and Managing RAG analysis and bottom Quartile management
• Monitoring and auditing Chat/ Emails / Transactions.
• Ensure Corrective Action Policy is being followed and measuring the frequency and quality of adherence
• Experience in handling international Quality is must (Voice / Blended)
