The Group operates from four delivery centres in India and one in the US, from where it services end customers predominantly based in the US, India and Australia. • To follow norms required to maintain quality standards
• Generate reports for the purpose of internal and external use, for meeting with clients
• Monitoring and feedback on process
• Create and modify training content as per need
