HR Consultant
at Valdus (Anywhere)
ROLE:
To act as HR Consultant for Valdus to manage its clients’ human resources related issues, including but not limited to development and communication of policies, training administration, human resources reporting and coordinating in recruitment process, remuneration and performance management processes amongst other HR areas.
Build credibility and relationships with Client through expertise, positive customer influence, setting of realistic expectations and delivery of commitments
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Ability to speak, write and read the English and French language
• Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects
• Strong project management, time management, and leadership skills
Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills is a must
Degree -qualified in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
OTHER CRITERIA:
• Aged between 25 – 35 years.
