FRONT DESK CO-ORDINATOR

YOUR JOB YOUR PROFILE
■Greet all visitors entering the organisation
■Offer all visitors refreshments and direct them to the relevant staff member
■Answer telephone, screen and direct calls to the relevant staff member
■Take and relay messages
■Provide basic information to callers
■Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
■Answer basic queries
■Tidy and maintain the reception area at all times
■Responsible for the 'visitor' book and security tokens
■Receipt of courier parcels
■Provide general administrative support to Business Unit Co-ordinator
■Receive and sort mail and deliveries
■Schedule appointments for Operational Managers
■Maintain Operational Managers' diaries electronically
■Book all rooms for meetings, functions, workshops, etc
YOUR PROFILE
■Secretarial diploma, with proven excellent business communication skills
■2 - 5 years relevant work experience in front-line reception
■Good customer service skills
■Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio) is essential
■Knowledge in operating an electronic switchboard
