HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER – Indian Resorts (Le Morne) & La Plantation Resort & Spa (Balaclava)

Requirements
• Degree in Human Resources Management

• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR field

• To manage HR department and ensure compliance with HR programs & tools

• To develop and implement an effective HR welfare/ benefit program for all employees

• To review and update employees and policies, procedures and practice when needed

• To direct and supervise training of all departments and ensure that Apavou standards are met

• To implement effective long term HR strategies

• Excellent recruitment judgment

• Good knowledge of The Catering and Tourism Industries Remuneration Order as well as the Employment Rights Act and the Employment Relations Act.
