Sinlansya Ltd is a fast expanding company in the marketing and sales sector. The company is actually looking for a team leader for the marketing of its advertising services.
For this post, the candidate must have a computer with an Internet connection of 512kbps minimum and the fix telephone at his or her disposal.
The responsibilities of the team leader are to:
- Recruit and supervise a team of 5 sales advisors
- Motivate the team mainly psychologically regularly
- Do the necessary trainings
The duties:
- Call potential clients (business only) for an appointment
- Email quotation to the prospects
- Make a clear following of the prospects and clients
- Send daily reports of the work done by the sales advisors
Working hours
- From 8.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday
- Daily reports by latest 16.00 – 16.30
Salary
On the 3 first months, the TL will be paid only on a commission basic of Rs 100 minimum for each confirmed client by a sales advisor. After these 3 months, his or her performance is evaluated and his or her job and salary are to be upgraded.
(Commission depending on the advertising service sold to the client).
