Responsibilities:
- Preparation and service of hot and cold dishes.
- Responsible for the section being assigned, carrying out order while accommodating specific dietary requirement.
-Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation.
Qualifications:
NTC 2 or equivalent
Experience:
2-4 years of culinary experience preferably in a four star segment
Candidates residing in the region would be ideal.
