Responsibilities:

-To maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa.

-To maintain and manage budget, to ensure high levels of profitability.

-To market the services offered within the Spa internally and externally.

-To assure an impeccable level of hygiene and cleanliness.

-To control product stocks, and place stock orders with the Spa Manager.

-To maximise human resources.

-To consistently lead the team by example, and motivate all therapists by creating a strong team spirit.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Outgoing personality, good communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work under pressure

-Fluent in French and English (a third language would be an advantage)

-Good organisational skills

-Passionate about exceeding client expectations
