Guest Relation Officers
at Indian Resorts & Spa in Indian Resorts, Le Morne
Responsibilities:
-Welcome guests on arrival and provide assistance to facilitate check-in formalities
-Provide services of cocktails and provision of cool towels to relieve guests
-Converse with guests and provide information on features of hotel and local attractions
-Accompany guests to room and furnish details on amenities available.
-Meet guests and effect regular contacts to promote good relations
-Assist guests with all problems relating to their stay (e.g. ticket confirmation, lost luggage, sickness)
-Welcome, guide and provide information to educational tours
Your Profile:
-NTC 3 in Front Office or equivalent
- Past experience in similar position would be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- A third language would be an advantage
- Willing to work under pressure
- Candidates residing in the region would be ideal.
