Customer Service Representative
at Administration in Port Louis
We are looking for full time personnel to work in our NIGHT SHIFTS and with the following profile:
Experience:
- At least one year experience in a call center extending support to
customers through inbound calls, emails and live chat
- Excellent in spoken english language, american accent will be a plus
- Good listening and communications skills
- Ready to go for the extra mile to assist and retain customers
- Fully computer literate and with good typing speed
Package:
- Rs 10,000 on confirmation of position
- Monthly meal, attendance and performance bonus
- End of year bonus and travelling expenses where applicable

Students, whether Part time or Full time are not allowed to apply
