If you are an experienced Recruitment Specialist or have worked in the recruitment industry you could have a head start, although applicants with proven customer service or those with an University level in HR and who posses excellent communication skills are also successful in our business.Person Specification
You will need to demonstrate the ability to adapt yourself and support highly qualified, demanding and exacting clients, have ability to speak and write perfectly in English. You will be autonomous, diplomatic, organized and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver excellent customer service. *You’ll certainly be happy supporting customer through the phone on a one to one and very personalized way, exceeding their expectations.
A work experience in Europe might be an asset.
