HEAD OF SECURITY - INDIAN OCEAN
at Brink's (Anywhere)
The incumbent will be responsible for proactively understanding and assessing risks, developing and implementing security training, security compliance and loss reduction strategies & programs within the Indian Ocean region.
Qualifications & Experience
• Ideally Diploma or Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering or other related field from a recognized institution
• At least 10 years of working experience at managerial level in the law enforcement or security industry will be an added advantage
• A global understanding of the security services
• Experience in development and implementation of regional security and training programs
Skills
• Proven ability to manage a team
• Excellent reporting and communication skills both written & spoken in English and French
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Self driven with clear focus on high quality service and detail-oriented
