Responsibilities:

To ensure the highest quality of guest service and providing excellent customer care to maximise satisfaction and taking account of the established standard and management guidelines.

To perform and assist in high level customer service spa duties.

Performing the visit of the spa at any time for the guests and maximise revenue.

Experience:

- School Qualification or/and other acceptable qualification

- Spa Courses – Certificate/Diploma Level

- 2-3 years working experience
